Oriole Breakfast!

As a follow up to Linda’s excellent report earlier, here is a photo of the resident female and male feeding the Oriole to the chicks. As the second photo shows, the chicks are starting to move away from the nest to get to the meal. As of 12:30pm today, there have been 4 feedings, with one of them involving the chicks actually eating prey from the talons of the resident female at 11:52am today.
