MEC Fledge Watch Starting Up!!

Yesterday our little brave boy decided to go out onto the ledge and into the window well again for a little playtime outside of the nest box. Shannon will be checking in on him this morning and Bruce will be starting the watch today at around 3pm to see just where our little man is at in his skill development. In the meantime, Rogue and Sante have already started with the rebonding process and digging out spots here and there in the box. The bowl in the back corner that they are setting up for next year is already becoming quite large as they occasionally go in there and explore their new box.
If you would like to come down to the MEC watch and join us, we will be positioned most often on the west side of MEC three where we have some coverage from the sun and rain and yet still have the best view of the nest building. Look forward to seeing you there and updates on our little man to follow!!
