First Fledge at MEC, Well Sort Of

Ashley was flapping up a storm and jumping the gap late last night and was caught by a cross wind that pulled her off of the building in an oops flight. She did very well opening her wings and gliding to the ground at the back of MEC 1. She was rescued and checked out more than OK. She was released to the roof of the nest building at dusk.
