Fledge Watch Officially begins tomorrow, and I spent a little time there this evening to get a feel on the activity level of the juvenile female, Sandy.
She spent most of the time sleeping by the nest tray. She still has some “all over” fluff to come off. Food delivered to the ledge at 6:45p.m. and was spoon fed by Rhea Mae. A camera check when I got home, showed Sandy back lying down by the nest tray.
Rhea Mae and Tiago spend a lot of time cruising the neighbourhood and watching towards the south west. I am very sure they can see the Rogers birds flying around and keeping an eye on them, should they wander into Sheraton territory.
