Canada Square Banding Success!

Sorry for the delays in getting the banding information and photos posted, but its been a very busy time indeed for us all and some very late nights again after fledge watches and having to release three downed fledglings at two different nest sites the same night!!

While coming from the Canada Square banding event at Eglinton and Yonge this afternoon and rushing to get Marion up the Duncan Mills fledge watch with fledglings low on window sills only one floor above the street level, and another fledgling having landed on the rood of a parked car in the parking lot,, security called from the Amexon management group from the Don Mills nest site while we were on route to advise us that one of their fledglings from the Don Mills nest site at Yonge & Eglinton had been blown off its nest ledge and was currently standing just outside of the entranceway at the 250 Ferrend Drive (the nest building).

So it we were once again diverted to from one fledge watch to rescue yet another downed fledgling from yet another nest site!!

So please bear with us all, as we have not been able to get any computer time to do postings and photo editing to get everything posted as yet on these two events,
Stay tuned for the updated news……..
