!!! One Adult & Two Juvies Spotted!

I’m not sure if the adult was O’connor but it looked like her. The two juvies were playing talon tag and flying over the rooftops playing together and chasing the adult. I think one is Frank (based on size) and the other for sure is female (again based on size). I was on the ground without binoculars hence the speculation.
