Frank Butson Reports:

Ely from 2008 King St nest in Toronto,is on site with her mate Dipper at the Cleveland Clinic site.  On April 3,Chad and Chris checked and found Ely had 2 eggs.

Chad and Chris reported:When we checked here on Sunday, as we walked into the conference room to check the nest Ely was walking into the box where she had two eggs. After checking the eggs, Ely came back out, and shortly after Dipper flew up to mate.

Then Dipper flew off, and very soon afterward returned with a fresh catch, which he plucked on the ledge. Then Dipper landed on a ledge close to the box while Ely was inside. He walked it over, and she stepped out and took it (unfortunately, we were blocked by the box for the transfer).

After awhile Ely came back and perched here on this corner. By the time we check again on Sunday her clutch will be complete.

Thanks to Chad and Chris for use of their photos and doing all they do with all of the Peregrines there, including “our” Ely! We look forward to future reports. Chad and Chris report extensively on Ohio Peregrines at  http://www.falconcam-cmnh.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum.php
