Spent 1.5 Hrs At Mississauga Executive Center from 0630-0830 Hrs. It was cool (+5 C) and Windy. Started by walking around Hurontario, Burnamthorpe and when I was 3/4 of the way around Robert Speck, the Male flew out from the North side of #4 and landed the N.W. corner of #3. Went to car to retrieve Scope, but bird was facing wrong way to obtain Band. This went on for the next hour or so, and I never did see the Female, whom I assumed never came off the eggs, this isalso the reason I didn’t go up and check on the Nest Camera. I also didn’t get the Male’s band number as he took great pleasure in Perching with that particular foot.
