!!! Not much change

June 15, 2008 - Toronto - King Street

Linda Woods Reports:

Well, there hasn’t been much change in movement at the 18 King St. site, Dougal has been doing great flights, he has even made it to the top of Dundee Place, knocked an adult off the top of 18 King and continues to impress us with his advancing flight skills.

His sister, Gwenny who was identified today has finally moved from her perch at the south portion of the King Edward roof, to the north portion. Toshiko stated that she was in the area late last evening and took one last look and found her on the north west section.

This morning Gwenny had made her to the north side of the hotel,in the area above the front entrance. This is where she stayed all day, endured a few more heavy rains and thunderstorms.
Ely has had a few more flapping episodes and is becoming more curious as to what her siblings are doing. This may encourage her to take flight, perhaps in the next day or so.

This evening the watch was called early at some of the sites due to heavy thunderstoms and blowing rain. Too risky for volunteers to be out in this type of weather with umbrellas or under trees.
