At 8:40am, Hunter flew in from the south of the Four Seasons Hotel, landed on the balcony ledge [east side, north-most false balcony], dropped down to the floor [out of view] and then was back up on the ledge less than a minute later. He was still there at 8:55am when I left the area. I didn’t see any activity in the area on my trips to Yorkville on Thursday and Friday. Hunter still appears frequently on the CIBC building at Yonge and Bloor.
