No fledge for Kate - Cinnamon still home in am

From City Hall at 7:15am, nothing was seen on the north facing roof
ledges. Before I left home, two chicks were on the nest ledge.
From 120 Adelaide, the two chicks [Cinnamon and Kate] still on the
nest ledge. Sunshine was on various south logo letters and spent
most of the morning there [one visit into the nest ledge]. No
adults were seen in the morning so there was likely no food drop.
Cinnamon did a bit of flapping but not the usual amount for a prior
to a launch. Kate moved around but did not run or flap. I left Zoe
and the site at 11:30am.
