February 2002 -- Turning roughly ninety degrees to the left from the photo above, one can see the National Life building, another favourite perch of the peregrines. In fact, Windwhistler-Spike is in this photo, on the very corner of the building - at this distance, however, he looks like little more than a dot, which is why it is so difficult to confirm the identity of him and Mandy.
