Linda Woods reports: When I arrived on the 43rd Floor, Wind was already on the ledge, she sat on the gravel for a while and then moved to the "sandpipe". She preened
and then made herself comfortable. I did see the colour of the leg bands
when she stretched out her legs A partial number on the faded purple
USW (80) of the right leg. The left leg, black over red , 7 on ? I am
assuming this is "Wind" . Comparing her, physically to other females
during this time of the year, she doesn't look ready to put down eggs as
yet.
