September 18th, 2005 -- (From the photographer:) This chipmunk was
taking refuge from the hawk under the squirrel baffle
on the feeder pole in my back yard in Royal Oak, MI.
The chipmunk won.....the hawk gave up and left,
but I'm sure he'll be keeping an eye on the area of the bird feeders!
