In October 2001, we re-visited London's Victoria Public School with our barn owl "Seamus". Here is a letter from the principal:
Please express out thanks to TD Canada Trust Friends of the Environment for their support in bringing The Canadian Peregrine Foundation to Victoria Public School for our Grades 4-6 classes today.
The teachers and students were pleased to be able to have this presentation again this year. The students were highly interested, many key concepts of the curriculum expectations were addressed, and the student guide provided the teachers with extensive follow-up activities. This is an extremely valuable program and I wish you continued success.
Sincerely,
Dorothy

In January 2001, we visited London's Victoria Public School with our ten-year-old female peregrine falcon "Qetesh". Below are two of the drawings sent to us by students at the school, and a letter from the principal:

Please express our thanks to Canada Trust for their
support in bringing the Peregrine Falcon to Victoria Public School for
our Grades 4-6 classes on January 31st.
The teachers and students were enthusiastic in their praise for this quality presentation. The students were highly interested, many key concepts of the curriculum expectations were addressed, and the student guide provided the teachers with extensive follow-up activities. We are hoping that Mark Nash might return next year with another endangered species presentation for our students. This is an extremely valuable program and I wish you continued success. Sincerely, Dorothy Hill |
