In February 2000, we visited Cambridge's St. Elizabeth School with our one-year-old male peregrine falcon "Scotty". Below are some comments from the principal:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the wonderful presentation on Wednesday February 23. Our students enjoyed experiencing a live Peregrine Falcon and learning about the different types of endangered species throughout Ontario. The students gained an understanding of the harmful impacts that environmental change and pollution can have on our wildlife. Both the students and staff appreciated having this first hand account of their struggle for survival.
Sincerely,
G. Clifford, Principal
