In May 2000, we visited Byron Somerset Public School in London with our 1-year-old male peregrine falcon "Scotty". We haven't received any feedback from the students, but here is a letter from the school:
The
students and staff would again like to express their appreciation for the
wonderful presentation you made at our school on Wednesday May 17. Your
comfortable manner with the students and clear communication of information made
this an exceptional educational experience for our students. Everyone
thoroughly enjoyed the video and especially appreciated the appearance by
Scotty.
Your presentation has created great interest in Peregrines and classes will
follow closely the progress of the birds through the live cameras on the website
and in a variety of class related activities.
