Project School Visit:
Princess Margaret Public School (Orangeville)

Visit sponsored by: Friends of the Environment Foundation

In January 2001, we visited Orangeville's Princess Margaret Public School for the second time.  We were accompanied on this visit by our two-year-old male peregrine falcon "Scotty".  Below is a drawing from one of the students, accompanied by a note from the vice-principal.

Just a brief note to extend our appreciation for the Peregrine Falcon presentation by David Pfeffer.

David spoke to three groups ranging from grades 1 - 8.  The students were very interested in the presentations and are quite enthusiastic about falcons as a result.  A number of our students have already begun follow-up artwork on falcons.

We would like to pass on our thanks for such an informative presentation.  Also, "hats off" to Canada Trust's Friends of the Environment Foundation for sponsoring your important work!

Sincerely,

Jim Bonter
Vice-Principal
