In April 2002 we visited Burlington's Holy Rosary School with our female peregrine falcon "Qetesh". Below is a letter from the school:
On
Tuesday, April 9th, 2002, the Canadian Peregrine Foundation, which is dedicated
to facilitating the recovery of endangered and threatened raptor species in
Canada, delivered a special program to our junior students. Project School Visit
was an exciting opportunity for our students to meet a live peregrine falcon and
learn from biologists about the plight of endangered species and what we can do
to help them.
Sincerely,
Larry
