In November 2002 we visited London's Blessed Kateri School with one of our peregrine falcons. Below is feedback from the school:
We would like to take this opportunity to thank TD Bank for sponsoring the Canadian Peregine Educational Program.
The Peregrine Falcon presentation enhanced our students' understanding of concepts taught in our science units dealing with habitats, the diversity of living things, ecosystems, and flight which directly relate to the current science curriculum. There was a genuine desire to raise awareness among staff and students of various environmental issues, particularly endangered and threatened species.
The presentation was very organized, informative and thouroughly enjoyed by all of the staff and students at Blessed Kateri Elementary School.
Thank you once again for supporting the Canadian Peregrine Educational Program.
