St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School
On February the 16th, 2005, we visited Burlington's St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. Below are pictures from some of the students and a letter from the school.

A few of my students decided that they wanted to draw pictures of the Peregrine Falcon, "Sanchez." Please enjoy these illustrations of the wonderful raptor as seen through the eyes of grade 4 students.
Sincerely,
Sandra Dyer
On behalf of the staff and students in the junior division at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School, I would like to express my appreciation to the T.D. Canada Trust-Friends of the Environment for providing the funding which enabled our school to benefit from the Peregrine Presentation.
The workshop was entertaining and informative and was very much linked to our Science Curriculum (Life Systems). A visit from "Sanchez" the peregrine falcon, caused much excitement.
The students' interest during the show was high. The class discussions which ensued confirmed that the students have retained the information presented, and are now committed to meeting the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations by being responsible citizens who respect the environment.
Thank you once again for making your program available to our school.
Sincerely,
Ms. Dyer Grade 4 Teacher |
Mrs. Gojmerac Grade 4 Teacher |
Miss Greer Grade 6 Teacher |
Mr. Munro Grade 6/7 Teacher |
Mrs. S. M. Caporicci Principal |
Mrs. L. Naar Vice-Principal |
