EtobicokeDaily Reports - October/November 1998 |
Wednesday, October 14
Mark Nash reports: This morning I
had the opportunity to look in on the Etobicoke nest ledge through the camera's eye,
and once again Alberta was holding her watchful vigil on the nest ledge. She was
perched on the side of the nest tray and stayed for several hours in the morning.
Toby was not seen during this time, but reports from the neighbourhood have indicated that
he is still very active in the area and is periodically observed on the office towers
around the nest building.
Thursday October 15
Mark Nash reports: Just a quick note, at 11:30am this
morning, I observed Alberta perched and sleeping once again on the nest tray.
She was still there when I signed off at 12:30pm.
Friday, November 20
Bruce Massey reports: Toby was perched on the southeast
corner of 3300 Bloor, but there was no sign of Alberta. There was also some movement
of Red-tailed Hawks (three of them) over Royal York and Bloor.
